Susan applies over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, along with her business acumen, to supporting her clients in the co-creation of a customized New Business Development campaign to generate a steady stream of their ideal customers.
Susan incorporates state-of-the-art mindset tools, including the technique of EFT™ (Emotional Freedom Techniques) a/k/a Tapping, to assist clients with embracing and actually enjoying the sales process, making it easy and fun to do what’s necessary to sustain and grow a successful business enterprise.
As a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils, Susan incorporates the use of therapeutic essential oils into her coaching and tapping sessions with clients. The benefits of using essential oils during tapping include enhancing the ability to become more centered and calm, and increasing clarity around emotional blocks.
As a long term member of the Central New York Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, Susan has been introduced and has personally taken many personality assessment tools. Such assessments include: Profiles International, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strengths Finder, and TTI Success Insights. Although each has its unique features and strengths, it is the Harrison Assessment Talent Systems (HATS) that is Susan’s assessment tool of choice. With more than ten years of successfully utilizing the Harrison Assessment with dozens of clients in the areas of staff recruiting, succession planning, coaching and leadership development, Susan is confident in the merits of continuing to recommend and promote the Harrison Assessment Talent Systems.
